About the Game
Welcome to the VetMed.le! Inspired by similar daily diagnosis games (such as the Doctordle), with a veterinary medicine twist! This has been a passion project of mine for some time, and we've had the luxury of creating this project in my free time during the summer of 2026. Scroll down to meet our team, and even farther down to find our contact information.
Whether you're trying to keep a streak alive or simply testing your knowledge, a practicing veterinarian or a curious pet parent, we hope each puzzle is both engaging and rewarding. Enjoy the VetMed.le!
How VetMed.le Works
VetMed.le is a daily veterinary diagnostic puzzle game where players work through a case by reviewing clinical clues and attempting to identify the most likely diagnosis.
Each case provides additional clues over multiple rounds. Use your knowledge of veterinary medicine, pattern recognition, and clinical reasoning to narrow down your differential diagnoses before making your final guess.
- A new case is released every day.
- Each case is based on a veterinary diagnosis and clinical scenario.
- Players have a limited number of guesses to identify the answer.
- Correct answers, streaks, accuracy, and other statistics can be tracked through a free account.
- Archived cases allow players to revisit previous daily puzzles.
The goal is not only to guess the diagnosis, but to practice the thought process used in veterinary medicine: gathering information, recognizing patterns, and considering appropriate differentials.

I am a third-year veterinary student at Ohio State University originally from Denville, NJ. My areas of interest include Neurology, Clinical Pathology, and Ophthalmology. In my free time, I like to play videogames, learn Italian, and hang out with my girlfriend Chloe and cat Bender.

Principal Case Writer
I am a third-year veterinary student at the Ohio State University. I am passionate about expanding access to veterinary care, and my areas of interest include exotics, small animal general practice, emergency, and wildlife medicine! In my free time, I love training Muay Thai, playing tennis with my friends, or hiking with my dog, Hazel. :)

I am a third year-veterinary student at the Ohio State University originally from Mentor, OH. My areas of interest include mixed animal medicine, orthopedics, endocrinology, and veterinary education. In my free time I am an avid outdoorsman, maker, and wildlife photographer.

Frequently Asked Questions
How often are puzzles updated?
A new puzzle is released every day, with archived puzzles dating back to July 17th. There may be repeats based on the way the game was coded. Most cases were written during the Summer 2026 semester before classes ramped up, so ideally more new cases will likely be added Winter 2027.
Can I play older puzzles?
You can go back to previous days' puzzles, but each day may only be played once. Future plans include adding a "practice" mode where you can revisit old cases that have already been used, but for now it is a one-and-done setup.
Is this game free?
